William is a Founder and present President of the Corkscrew Island Neighborhood Association. He was appointed chairman of the East of 951 Horizon Study Committee and served in this position until late 2008. He also served as member of Rural Land Stewardship Committee, another Collier County Commission appointment from 2008-2009.
